Very concentrated black cherry color. The nose is intense with cherry with floral notes, perfectly matched with the toast aromas of French oak barrels. In the mouth, the attack is voluminous, with tannins that build up throughout the tasting. End of tasting very rich in aromas and very persistent.

Vinification
Manual harvest for 20kg boxes. The wine ferments with indigenous yeasts at controlled temperature, followed by a 20-day cuvaison period. Subsequently, the wine ages for about 18 months in new French oak barrels.
